58th Floor AI Photo Guide: Which Photos Work Best

Photo requirements for the 58th Floor AI video: how to choose two photos that keep both faces consistent, plus common mistakes to avoid.

Last updated: 2026-11-04

The AI builds every shot of your 58th Floor video from the two photos you upload. Better photos mean faces that stay recognizable from the wide shot to the close-up. Here is exactly what to upload.

Photo requirements

  • One person per photo — Two faces in one photo can get blended or swapped.
  • Front-facing, full face visible — The model needs eyes, nose and mouth to keep identity across shots.
  • Good, even lighting — Strong shadows read as part of your face.
  • No sunglasses, masks or heavy filters — Covered or beautified features drift between shots.
  • Head and shoulders, sharp focus — Blurry or tiny faces lose detail in the close-up.
  • JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB — Accepted upload formats.

Photos that work best

  • A recent selfie at arm's length, looking at the camera.
  • A portrait cropped from a group photo — as long as only one face remains and it is sharp.
  • Both photos taken in similar light and at a similar distance.

Common mistakes

  • Group photos — crop to one person first.
  • Profile or looking down — the AI has to guess the rest of the face.
  • Very dark or backlit — faces come out flat or wrong-colored.
  • Old, low-resolution images — details get invented rather than preserved.

Can I use pets, celebrities or someone else's photo?

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to be in the video. Do not upload photos of public figures or anyone who has not given permission. Pets are not supported yet.
